Resistance welding

Resistance welding copper arms are made according to the provided technical documentation from various types of copper alloy, such as: CuCrZr, CuCoBe, CuCoNiBe, CuNi2Si. They are produced by the method of cold bending, forging and upsetting. 

Resistance welding brass arms are manufactured by machining based on the provided technical documentation from brass alloys available on the market. 

Our design office can assist you in solving the strength problems of welding arms and in modifying resistance welding guns. At the client's request, we create executive documentation according to the sent patterns of parts.

Many years of presence on the market, experience and cooperation with many companies from various industries, allowed us to offer cast arms made of a material with almost the same composition as chromium copper alloy. These arms, thanks to a smaller amount of external surface treatment, are more affordable for the customer while maintaining similar technical parameters.

Based on our experience, we offer you standard solutions for insulating sleeves for screws. These are compression-resistant cylindrical head bolt sleeves used, among others, for welding devices.
