Nuts and studs projection welding
Based on years of experience and close cooperation with customers in the automotive sector, we have developed standardized solutions for electrodes for projection welding nuts and studs in the range of M4-M12. We offer insulating pins and sleeves made of steel covered with a very durable insulating layer or various types of ceramics. The standardization of solutions allowed for a significant reduction in costs. All nut welding electrode components are available from stock. For your convenience, we have introduced various versions of fasteners, which will allow you to avoid the modification of sockets in the welding machines.
