A device powered by compressed air for dressing process and restore the electrode cap back to its original geometry. Due to their special design, they enable one-sided dressing, i.e. only the upper electrodes or only the lower electrodes are dressing in one operation.

Our milling tools enable the dressing of electrode caps according to DIN, VW, Fiat, Ford, Mabec and other automotive standards with almost any geometry. The tools consists of a universal housing that is used for all design solutions and various types of electrodes of any shape. Fixed in tip dressing units with a bayonet, "Quick-Lock" or "Torx" connection (optional other fixtures). The use of precision milling tools allows you to optimize the processing of secondary electrodes. After the appropriate selection of milling parameters (pressure, time), we achieve a very long life of the electrodes and shorten the processing time to the necessary minimum. Accordingly, the downtime of the line is reduced due to the replacement of the electrode caps.
Advantages of using single blade milling tool:
- simple construction, only one blade with high durability - very quick and easy blade replacement - precise and constant maintenance of the diameter of the welding point of the secondary electrodes - high smoothness of treated electrode surfaces

The name of the four blade tool is commonly adopted, because this type of milling tool is equipped with: - K type dressing blade - 1 pc. - S type support plates - 3 pcs. Allows dressing process of both the upper and lower electrode caps in one operation.
