High-temperature protective covers and materials

We are a representative of JUTEC GmbH, a producer of covers for welding guns and heads (e.g. stud welding Nelson, Tucker). Our protective covers are made of flexible high-temperature materials that meet all safety criteria.

A drawing of the welding gun must be provided to order. On its basis, an offer for the manufacture of a cover will be prepared.
Additional equipment available on request: sight glasses, pockets, rubber front covers.

Advantages of using welding gun protective covers:
- optimal protection of welding guns against spatter
- electrical and thermal protection
- reduction of maintenance costs
- line downtime optimization

Insulating hose by JUTEC GmbH

We also offer cable and harness protective hoses from JUTEC GmbH. Hoses are made of the so-called Velcro longitudinal, allowing installation without having to disconnect the wires. The covers are made of flexible, high-temperature materials that meet strict safety standards.

Standard insulation hoses are made in diameters from 30 to 120 mm, other diameters are also available on request.

Advantages of using JUTEC cable covers:
- optimal protection of cables against splash
- quick installation without disconnecting the cables thanks to Velcro fastening
- reduction of maintenance costs
- optimization of line downtime

Insulating sleeve Pyro-Jacket ®

Protective hoses made of very dense glass fibers coated with a special high-temperature rubber. They are an ideal protection of all types of current and signal cables as well as pneumatic and hydraulic hoses against spattering during the welding processes. They are resistant to direct open fire (gas burners). They are also used as a burn shield for hot hoses or heating cables. They are characterized by very good flexibility and mechanical resistance.
Pyro-Jacket covers are a product of the highest quality. Protective hoses withstand a 15-minute test of time at temperatures up to 1090 degrees Celsius and can work non-stop at 260 degrees.

They are made in accordance with SAE Aerospace Standard 1072E and DIN EN 45545-2: 2013-08 for the railway and maritime industries. In addition, it is certified in diameters of 13-127 mm to the temperature of + 800 ° C for 30 minutes according to ISO 15540 and by MSHA for operation in mines.

We maintain stock of the most popular sizes. Stock goods are delivered in 1-2 business days from placing the order.

Advantages of using Pyro-Jackets:
- optimal protection of cables and hoses against splashes
- mechanical and thermal protection of cables
- reduction of maintenance costs
- optimization of line downtimes

Temperature resistance:
> 260 ° C - for continuous operation
> 1090 ° C - max. 15 min.
> 1640 ° C - max. 20 sec.
